Refund policy

Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase from Zaaheera Attar:

 

• Only requests for replacement of damaged or defective products will be considered.

• Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

• In the event of receiving a damaged item, the customer must email us at zaaheeraattars@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• It is mandatory to provide a clear and continuous unboxing video as proof.

• Photographs will not be accepted as valid evidence under any condition.

• Once the submitted video is reviewed and the claim is verified, a replacement will be issued. If the claim does not meet our policy requirements, it will be declined.
